Sometimes less is more, and this young patient wanted a gentle refinement in her nasal profile. She wanted a Rhinoplasty to make her tip and nasal dorsum more feminine and elegant. Her three quarter view shows a very nice improvement in her dorsal hump, the lateral view shows an ever-so-slightly lifting of her nasal tip to result in a more feminine profile. Notice the improvement in the dorsal hump as well – some patients prefer we take more off, others less. But we personalize every consultation so you get the nose that “fits your face” and is in harmony with all of your other facial features. On frontal view, the patient has a very mild narrowing of the width of the nasal bones and tip.
