This is a 21 year old male who desired improvement in his profile. Dr. White performed an endonasal rhinoplasty, took down the “hump” and placed a radix graft to improve the dorsum of the nose. Dr. White also suggested a chin implant to further improve the profile – but the patient did not wish to have one. Dr. White personalizes every consult to fit the desires and wishes of the patient.
