This patient wanted a refinement in his nose to address a small dorsal hump and profile irregularity. Additionally, on the frontal view, his nose was a little long for his face. But slightly rotating the tip of his nose upward we were able to put the nose in harmony with the rest of his facial features. The three-quarter and side views show a nice improvement in the dorsum of the nose.
